International investigators’ group Bellingcat together with Conflict Intelligence Team (CIT) has published the report, in which given the straight facts, that ‘DPR’ fighters shell the positions of Ukrainian military from the residential areas of Donetsk.

According to the report, except the messages of eyewitnesses from social media, who saw how ‘Grad’ worked in Donetsk, it has become possible to make geolocation of six video, where rocket launching is clearly seen. Investigators are clarifying that video with heavy machinery near hypermarket and in residential areas were uploaded on January 31 and February 1, 2017.
