Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has accepted on February 7 the decree about address to the parliaments of the world to convict the aggression of Russian Federation against Ukraine. 258 MPs has supported such initiative.

One of the authors of a decree, MP from PPB (Peter Poroshenko’s Block) Svetlana Zalischuck has showed the video on the Line of Contact.

‘RF attacks against Avdeevka is a war crime of Moscow under international humanitarian law. We apply in this VR decree to the international organizations to investigate war crimes and also crimes against humanity. In particular we apply also to our General Prosecutor’s office to investigate evidences and to give proofs. Also we want international organizations to give such testimonies to International Criminal Court, which has been already exploring the evidences of a direct involvement of the Russian leadership to unleash and conduct of the war against Ukraine’, Zalischuck said.

The text of a decree also tells that Verkhovna Rada applies to the international parliaments of different countries according to the escalation of the armed aggression of RF against Ukraine.
