The Holiday concert to the Day of Liberation of Lugansk from Nazi invaders and the withdrawal of the anniversary of the Soviet troops from Afghanistan took place in the Culture palace of Luhansk. The celebration was made anticipatorily, considering that both of these events will be next week.

This day is considered the official date of completion of the withdrawal of Soviet forces from Afghanistan in 1989. More than 8 000 soldiers, fought in Afghanistan were from Luhansk region, 162 people died.
