There was decided in ‘LPR’ to make Russian ruble the ‘official currency’. The ‘Obozrevatel’ (Observer) reports about it, linking on the so-called ‘Council of Ministers of LPR’.

According to edition’s information, there was appointed in the explanatory note to so-called decree that ‘It was accepted to stabilize financial and monetary system, as well as in the implementation of the financial transactions in ‘LPR’ mainly in Russian rubles’.

Also it was noted that according to the ‘occupation authorities decision’ such decree will finally come into force on March 1, 2017.
