Main Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence  of Ukraine has reported that occupants are stealing machinery and addicted on the territory of self-proclaimed ‘LPR’.

In particular, according to intelligence data, six new infantry fighting vehicle were supplied in fighters’ units, located in temporary occupied Alchevsk. In time of checking vehicles were out of whack because of a lack of individual components and assemblies, which were abducted by personnel for the purpose of further sale.

In time of sudden check of the state service troops by representatives of the head-office of 2nd AC AF RF, the facts of fighters’ intoxicated were fixed in one of the units of 2nd separate motorized brigade. This ‘illegal’ formation is based in occupied Luhansk.
