60 kids were poisoned in school cafeteria of Bakmut that in Donetsk region. 16 from them were taken to hospital with food poisoning. Representatives of Prosecutor’s office of the region reported about it.

‘As of 9:20 am it’s known about malaise of 60 children, 40 from the appealed to the school clinic, 20 more to medical facility. 16 pupils of 1-10 classes were hospitalized to infectious disease clinic of Bakhmut hospital’, the law enforcements clarified. They were informed about an incident by doctors, who registered appeals of schoolkids’ parents.

It’s known that first victims begin to appeal in the hospital on Tuesday evening, February 28, with the same diagnosis – poisoning, gastroenterocolitis syndrome. The investigative team of Bakhmut Police Department is working in medical facility. The investigators inspected the cafeteria and gathered food samples, washings on E. coli, pathological and microbiological study of the flora.

Preliminary the fact is qualified on art. 137 ((Improper performance of duties on children’s life and health) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
