The President of Ukraine Peter Poroshenko has signed a law according to strengthen the social protection of persons, living on temporary occupied territories and in settlements located on the Line of Contact. The press-service of the President has reported about it.
According to the information, the document directed to strengthen state support in obtaining education in state and communal educational establishments for the relevant category of people, who live on the temporary occupied territories and in the settlements on the Line of Contact.
The support will be made in ranks of the state program and will provide full or partial payment of the education, free tutorials supply, provide fellowship, providing free accommodation in dormitories and other.
It’s assumed that such state guarantees will become additional levers to form pro-Ukrainian position among the youth, which live on those territories and will contribute to their social adaptation.
