System Capital Management group (SCM) has made the statement about last events on the temporary uncontrolled territory of Luhansk and Donetsk regions. The group representatives assured that management company always worked and continues to work only in Ukrainian legislation ranks.

‘SCM group always worked and continues to work only in Ukrainian legislation ranks, including also our undertakings on uncontrolled territories. And any pressure won’t make us to change our assets jurisdiction’.

We provide with working places hundreds of thousands of people in different regions of the country – from East to West, also including temporary uncontrolled to Ukraine territories. We supply heating, electricity and gas in houses of millions of Ukrainians.

SCM is one of the few links between controlled and uncontrolled territories of Ukraine’, SCM representatives emphasized.

Also, according to the statement, SCM representatives assured that in spite of difficult political situation in the country and warfare, all group assets deduct taxes and fees in the Ukrainian budget in full volume.

‘Since the beginning of Donbass conflict SCM group has paid to the state budget more than 100 mln. of taxes, 10% from them provided the contributions of enterprises, working on uncontrolled territories’, noted in the statement.

‘We consider the private property sovereign and demand about re-registration of own enterprises and payment of taxes to self-proclaimed ‘DPR’ and ‘LPR’ unacceptable’, SCM resumed.
