Avdiivka Coke plant (ACP) CEO Musa Magomedov has reported that technical floor in the high-rise building on Mendeleeva st. 3, started to be recovered by city utilities, rescue rangers and ACP staff. This house had got under the insurgents’ fire.

‘We have an understanding how to make the temporary roof and permanent will be the decision of planners. One of the main goals for today is that all the procedures to choose contractors have no difference with Kyiv or Uzhgorod. So, there are no any amendments on military situation and failure rate… This question demands immediate high-level decision’, Magomedov posted on his Facebook page.
