Directors of DTEK enterprises, located on NGCA of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, have got notifications about the necessity of re-registration in so-called ‘DPR’ and ‘LPR’ and the beginning of inventory of property. The press-service of a company has reported about it on the official website.

‘From this moment DTEK doesn’t control the work of these enterprises. The company considers the requirement of re-registration of our enterprises unacceptable, any forms of pressure won’t force DTEK to change the jurisdiction of its assets’, tells the message.

This is about next enterprises: PJSC DTEK Donetsk Kombinatenergo, Tekhrempostavka LLC, DTEK Sverdlovanthracite, DTEK PES-Energougol, DTEK PES-Energougol, DTEK Vostokenergo (Zuevskaya TPP), PJSC DTEK Donetsk Mine, Komsomolets Donbassa, DTEK Rovenkiantratsit LLC, Electronaladka LLC, DTEK High Voltage Networks LLC and DTEK Service LLC.

The company applied to law enforcement bodies of Ukraine, State Fiscal Service, tax authorities and state funds on the fact of loss of control over enterprises. DTEK involved legal companies to protect its interests in Ukrainian and international legal field.
