The source from one Ukrainian Secret Service has reported to ‘OstroV’ edition, that press-secretary of Russian president Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov secretly arrived in Luhansk.

‘The aim of visit is unknown. One of the supposed versions is the change of ‘LPR’ authority’, the edition notes.  

We would remind that Kremlin speaker Dmitry Peskov has claimed that terms of ‘recognizing of Crimea Russian’ are not so important as also decisions about Donbass warfare.
