So-called ‘Council of Ministers’ of ‘LPR’ grouping has introduced ‘external management’ in the regional branch of Luhansk Directorate of Railways of Public corporation ‘Ukrzaliznytsya’. Acting as the ‘minister of the infrastructure and transport of ‘LPR’ Vladimir Gerasimchuk has claimed about it to pro-Russian media.

According to his words ‘there is the blockade from the side of Ukrainian bandits like Semenchenko and Parasyuk gangs’.

‘Earlier ‘Ukrzaliznytsya’ was providing uninterrupted coal supply on Ukraine territory, which was mined hard. Roadmen were carrying out works at ‘Ukrzaliznytsya’ corp. But when gangs blocked roads, made chaos, so-called Ukrainian patriots forgot that people also exist here. So, they were deprived their jobs’, the ‘official’ expressed his opinion.

He added that, ‘temporary administration of ‘Luhansk railway road’ is introduced to provide people with jobs, wages and security of property’.
