The public hearings-discussion on the procedure for housing allocation in hostels at Nazarenko and Rybinskaya streets for IDP will take place in Kramatorsk on April 18. There must appear 84 flats on 253 places after the reconstruction.

TV-company ‘DoTeBe” has reported that three projects of Kramatorsk public discussion are going to be observed.

‘The statement about the use of residential accommodation for IDP temporary residence’;

‘The statement about Commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of housing  for IDP temporary residence’;

‘The statement about on the Supervisory Board in the area of housing distribution for for IDP temporary residence’.

‘The process of housing distribution only will be decided, because to provide ready contracts there must be some order. It doesn’t regulate and the decision to involve the public in this matter was accepted. It must be as transparent as possible’, the deputy head of the project ‘Providing housing for the most vulnerable IDPs and residents of the city of Kramatorsk, who were affected by the conflict’ Nataliya Kapusta.

The project of IDP hostel reconstruction as the consultation and public hearings-discussion is held under the support of Council of Europe.
