So-called ‘Council of Ministers’ of ‘LPR’ has accepted the ‘transitional order of adoption of the ‘control over the living conditions and upbringing of adopted children in the families of adoptive parents on ‘LPR’ territory. Acting as the ‘Minister of the Council of Ministers” Nataliya Khorsheva has claimed about it.

New conditions of adoption in NGCA are quoted by pro-Russian internet-editions.

‘In accordance with the procedure are adopted the following: orphans; children deprived of parental care, as a result of depriving parents of parental rights on the basis of a court decision that entered into force until May 18, 2014; children deprived of parental care whose birth registration is carried out by the guardianship and trusteeship bodies as found or abandoned; children who were not taken from a health care institution; children whose parents gave their consent to adopt’, tells the message.

Also, it was noted that ‘to the application for registration as adopters, the following documents are attached: ‘a copy of the passport or identity document; a salary certificate for the last six months or another document confirming income for the last calendar year; a copy of the certificate of marriage, issued by the body of state registration of acts of civil status; the conclusion of the established form on the state of health of each applicant; a certificate of the absence or presence of a criminal record, as well as the restrictions provided by the criminal procedural legislation issued by the ‘MIA’ of ‘LPR’, for each applicant; a copy of the document confirming the ownership of real estate; autobiography; certified by a notary consent of the second spouse for adoption of the child (in case of adoption of the child by one of the spouses)’.

Khorsheva also reported that trial of cases is being carried out by ‘The adoption committee, which includes representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the ‘authorized’ On the rights of the child’.
