Russian Federation representatives ‘positively appreciated the decision of the International UN Court in the case ‘Ukraine against Russia’. Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reported about it in the Facebook post.

It was noted that ‘court without voting has recognized that Ukraine claims to RF on International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism are unfounded and accordingly, there are no conditions for the application of previous measures’.

Otherwise, Russian foreign facility was glad about such decision of the protection of rights of ‘national minorities’ in annexed by Russia Crimea.

‘Also court called parties to consideration to work under the implementation of the Minsk Agreements, recognized, that such agreements were approved and signed by the ‘representatives’ of Lugansk and Donetsk – a fact that Ukraine is trying to deny’, MFA supposes.
