More than 300 settlements were deenergized in Ukraine, because of a bad weather. The press-service of the State Emergency Service reports about it.
‘As of 7 am on April 21, 318 settlements in six regions are still deenergized. They are: Odessa region – 245 settlements; Nikolaev – 14 settlements; Kharkiv – 23 settlements; Dnepropetrovsk – 32 settlements; Kherson – 3 settlements; Zaporozhye – 1 settlement. ‘Oblenergo’ brigades continue to recover power supply of settlements’, tells the message.
There are no traffic on the roads of the state and regional meaning. In connection of a bad weather from 7 pm on April 20 the ban of truck moving was introduced on the site of a road Kyiv – Odessa (308 – 464 kilometers). There are no limit moving for vehicles on the other tracks.
Also it was noted that because of sticking of wet snow and heavy wind the fall of nearly 2900 trees was fixed in Kharkiv, Zaporozhye and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
‘As a result of a tree fall on April 18 in Dnepropetrovsk region, the women of 1957 year of born died in the hospital because of got wounds’, the press-service of facility added. Measures are being taken to restore power supply, cleaning of tracks and sawing of fallen trees.
2232 people and 587 units of equipment were acted in the liquidation of the circumstances of a bad weather. The situation is under control of SES.
