‘Luhansk region is one for us’ project has started in the region at the beginning of April and now it’s rapidly gaining momentum.
The organizers of a project suggested to children from kindergartens and schools to draw how they peace in Luhansk region to give this drawings to children, living on the Non Government Controlled Areas.
The sun, flowers, doves in the skies, planes with balloons – that’s how all children of Luhansk region see their future in spite of a place of their living.
According to PR-director of Luhansk Military-Civilian Administration Alexander Kostenko, the communicative platforms for sportsmen, teachers, living on the both sides of a Line of Contact have been already creating now. There are enough pro-Ukrainian people left in Luhansk. Such actions are done especially for them to show that there is a need in them and they’re not forgotten.
The action is held in two stages.
‘The second stage provides concrete help to those people. We want to bring them information that they don’t need to worry and don’t afraid to come back to Ukraine. And Ukraine has been doing a lot for such people’, Kostenko told.
‘Luhansk region is one for us’ project continues its action. All desirous kids from schools and kindergartens can take part in it. They only need to draw their image of a peace in Ukraine and post this picture in social media. The ‘Radio Freedom’ reports.
