Russia doesn’t need coal from NGCA

Russia continues to supply nearly 1 mln. tones of coal in Ukraine monthly. The Deputy Minister of Economic Development of RF Sergei Nazarov has claimed about it on the sidelines of the III Yalta International Economic Forum (YIEF), Russian TASS reports.

‘We monthly supply nearly 1 million tons of coal to Ukraine. True, we supply there coal grades of coking coal, energy coal we didn’t supply. It’s because Ukrainian colleagues could collect coal from their own territories, which they control weakly or don’t control at all’, the edition cites officials’ words.

According to deputy minister words there are no talks about coal supply from NGCA to Russia.

‘We have some changes with the situation with these republics, because Ukraine has blocked supplies, that’s why they will re-orient supplies to third countries. RF doesn’t have a need in this coal’, he noted.
