The exhibition of WWII military equipment is happening on Sobornaya square in Slavyansk. The 6262.com.ua information portal reports about it.

‘You can see Motorcycle, weapons, armored car and even Dodge 3/4 (the technique was supplied by USA from the beginning of 1943). A machine-gun Dshk, a machine gun “Maxim” and the weapon of infantry – rifles, automatic machines, a machine gun DP are presented on the exhibition too’, – tells the message.

The edition notes that Armed Forces of Ukraine together with military-civic cooperation as well as Military-historical museum of Ukraine became the organizers.

The equipment for the event was supplied by Kharkiv technical club ‘Samokhod’ (Self-propelled). All exhibits are mobile and will be presented also in other cities of Donetsk region.

There are Kharkiv dwellers and residents of Cherkassy, Kyiv, Chernigov, Poltava and Zhitomir regions among the organizers too. Their representatives pointed the goal of event in a such way: there is a need not only to demonstrate the equipment, but also to communicate with dwellers, to show and tell about WWII events and what was the price of victory.
