Administrators and users of Russian Telegram-channels ask the creator of messenger Pavel Durov to prevent the blocking of service in Russian Federation. The corresponding petition was published on the website change.org.

‘We have data, that Roskomnadzor hasn’t got any answer yet from Telegram crew. According to law they must do one more request and if there doesn’t be any answer, facility will block messenger’, tell the petition text.

At this time there are no elaborations and additional information, where did petition authors get such a data.

We would remind that the President of Ukraine Peter Poroshenko enacted the NSDC decision about ban of ‘Yandex’, ‘VK’ and ‘Odnoklassniki’.
