Humanitarian aid in so-called ‘DPR’ will be given via post offices and centers of the social help and administrative services. The ‘chairman of the foundation ‘Unity Donbass’ Oleg Balykin has claimed about it on the briefing on May 20. Pro-Russian websites has reported about it.

According to his words, the Fund has concluded a contract with the State Enterprise ‘Post of Donbass’ and the ‘reception of the necessary documents and the transfer of material or other assistance to residents of the republic will be carried out through it’.

Balykin also noted that residents of NGCA of Donetsk region ‘could apply to the centers of administrative services’.
