Ex-deputy of ‘People Council’ of ‘LPR’, the head of ‘Luhansk Energy Union’ (LEU) Aleksander Emelianenko is tried on NGCA. ‘MGG LPR’ has claimed about it.

Separatist websites write that Emelianenko ‘was detained on October 17, 2015 in Luhansk in the ranks of the ‘criminal case investigation’, and on April 15, 2016 ‘deputies’ adopted a ‘draft resolution’ ‘On early termination of the powers of the ‘deputy’ Emelianenko.

It’s noted that ‘criminal case with the indictment approved by the prosecutor is sent for consideration in Lenin district court of Luhansk’. ‘MGB’ also added that ‘facts of damage to the state in the amount of more than 5.7 million rubles (~$92 443) by Emelianenko as an official of ‘LEU’ ltd. were documented’.

Moreover, Emelianenko is accused of ‘four episodes of criminal activity’.
