The authorities of controlled to Government Luhansk region are considering the possibility of attracting foreign teachers to local universities. ‘Ukrinform’ reported that the chairman of the Lugansk regional state administration – head of the regional military-civil administration Jury Garbuz told about it in time of the international conference ‘Reintegration of Donbass in the conditions of hybrid war’.

In particular, according to  governor’s words, there is an offer to open the place for teaching for foreign teachers in seven universities. Garbuz also noted that the project ‘University of the future’ is preparing now on the free territory of Luhansk region. The land for its campus has been already given out.

Also, the head of the region has recognized that a lot of schoolchildren in time of communication with him express a wish to go out from area engulfed in hostilities and to study in the universities of other regions of Ukraine.
