Patrol police of Rubezhnoe (Luhansk region) received the message on June 10 from young man, who saw how two kids climbed out the window on the fifth floor and sat down on the windowsill dangling their legs down.

Arrived to the scene inspectors found out children in window opening. At the request of the patrol, the children went into the apartment. Having risen, the police found out that the door was locked and the children were alone in the room.

Communicating with neighbours, policemen found the mother of babies, who, as it was detected, went for an interview. Woman explained to law enforcements, that now she’s looking for a job and there’s nobody to leave with children. So, she closes them in their flat.

Patrol held a preventive conversation with mother and children and after that the family was transferred to inspectors of juvenile prevention, which will continue to deal with this case.
