The next meeting of the Popasnaya district commission (controlled part of Luhansk region) under the chairmanship of Valery Kulikov on the appointment (restoration) of social payments to internally displaced persons has taken place.

186 acts of examining the material and living conditions of IDP-families were considered. Of the total number of applications for 141, a decision was made to designate social benefits, and 45 ones were denied appointment, in connection with the non-confirmation of the fact of resettlement residence of IDP in the actual place of temporary registration.
