The representative of so-called ‘LPR’ Vladislav Deinego called the imposition of US sanctions against the ‘state bank of LPR’ as the official recognition of the latter as an ‘independent subject’. He said about i8t in the interview to RBC.

According to Deinego’s words, ‘he was glad because of sanctions according to ‘LPR’ bank’. He considers that ‘USA officially recognize such a subject, as the state bank is the entity and try to counteract its functioning’.

At the same time the representative of the so-called ‘DPR’ Denis Pushilin considers that sanctions ‘won’t influent on the internal and foreign situation’. He confirmed that ‘republics’ were not recognized by anyone and he ‘doesn’t understand till the end the logic of sanction authors’.
