The Minister for Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine Vadim Chernysh has claimed that this facility doesn’t take part in the bill draft on the restoration of Ukraine’s sovereignty over the temporarily occupied Donbas.

‘Once my deputy Georgiy Tuka was at the session in the National Security and Defense Council about this question. There were documents, which were left in NSDC and they were about materials referred to the materials on which this bill is drafted. But I didn’t see the text of a bill, it didn’t act in the government, and we didn’t work on him and don’t work’, Chernysh claimed to ‘Interfax-Ukraine’ agency.

The Minister considers that bill will concern the change of management, ‘primarily military control in the territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions’.

Also, Chernysh recognized that he doesn’t know, if this bill will concern the issues of work with people in this territories.
