The Committee on Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada named the presentation of the head of the GPO Yuriy Lutsenko on the removal of immunity from ‘Opposition block’ MP Mikhail Dobkin. RBC-Ukraine reports about it.

‘The idea of a permit to prosecute is sufficient, legitimate and justified, although it has certain shortcomings in the motivating part and decision’, the mass-media cites the statement of acting head of the committee, Pavel Pynzenyk.

But, the submission to the detention and arrest of Dobkin the committee considers ‘insufficiently justified’.
