In need of help urgently: disabled woman was detained in the checkpoint Stanitsa Luhasnka

A disabled female, Luhansk resident was detained in the checkpoint Stanitsa Luhasnka on ‘LPR’ side by illegal armed formations. The closed source has reported about it to Informator.media.

A mother is searching for her daughter Surzhenko Liudmila Volodymirivna, date of birth 23.05.1978, a person with hearing disabilities since childhood. 13 July 2017 Liudmila was on her way back to Luhansk. She had passed the checkpoint on the controlled area, there is a mark about it in data.

‘She was detained at the check-point of Stanichno-Luhanske by representatives of illegal armed formations. Liudmila uses a hearing device. At that time the battery gone low that is why she could not understand what representatives of illegal armed formations at the check-point wanted from her. Last time she was seen at that check-point. She did not come back home. Passers-by saw she was forced to unload her things from bags, her mobile phone was taken from her and she had to stay under the boiling Sun and wait. Next day Liudmila’s mother made inquiries to the representatives of local so called authorities and got no answer from them’, the source reported.

24 hours later Liudmila’s mobile phone was switched on. All the messages sent to her were answered evidently by someone else but not Liudmila.

‘When a message came that Liudmila was online to one of the contacts, a person started to call but all the times the call was declined. Finally, the message: ‘Write’ was received. It seems normal when a person with hearing disabilities prefers to write, but there was no any answer received to the following messages about what had happened. The conversation was roughly interrupted. Liudmila never stopped any conversation in that way’, the source added.

That’s why there is a reason to suggest that the woman is in trouble and needs help.
