The head of ‘Ukrzaliznytsia’ Wojciech Balczun wrote a letter of resignation. Prime-Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman claimed about it at the session of the Cabinet of Ministers. ‘112 Ukraine’ TV-channel reported about it.

According to Groisman words, ‘personal circumstances become the reason of resignation’. He added that statement was considered at the session.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed First Deputy Minister of the infrastructure Eugeny Kravtsov acting as the Head of the board of ‘Ukrzaliznytsia’.

Interim Chairman of the company has already managed to make a statement that the increase in the cost of travel of passengers before the end of this year is not expected: ‘What depends on passenger transportation, by the end of the year, no increases are planned’.
