A car with numbers of pro-Russian ‘LPR’ gang, which was shot in Mogilev (Belarus) is in the parking lot. Inquiries to the competent bodies of Ukraine for checking the registration of a car were directed by police.
‘I was informed by a telephone that the car is in the parking lot and materials are directed for checking. While it’s happening, I can’t say something more’, a Chairman of the regional organization of the United Civil Party Vladimir Shantsev reported to journalists.
UCP activists are trying to figure out from the police heads how a car with number signs of ‘LPR’ could get to Belarus and rides Mogilev unhindered. And also – what law enforcements are doing not to admit on the Belarus territory vehicles, threatening the security of citizens.
Vladimir Shantsev, referring on the Traffic regulations in the Republic of Belarus, notes, that ‘documents and license plates issued by a fake organization in our country are invalid’.
