On September 10, ex-president of Georgia, ex-governor of Odessa region Mikheil Saakashvili could enter in Ukraine from Poland.

Saakashvili literally made breakthrough in Ukraine, because a crowd, gathered to support him near checkpoint ‘Shegini’ breached a border from Ukrainian side and made a fight with border guards, who stood in the transit zone. An Assistant Head of the State Border Service Oleg Slobodyan noted that it’s hard to predict the consequences of such events.

Few cops and border guards got injured as a result of supporters of Mikheil Saakashvili breakthrough of border of Poland. The press-service of the State Border Guard Service has reported about it.

‘In time of an incident few people from National police and Border Guard Service got injured’, tells the message.

It was emphasized that activists made a fight with National police and border guards, break into the  checkpoint and contributed to the illegal crossing of the state border of a group of people, including MPs.

Moreover, law enforcements claimed that they will react on the situation with the breakthrough of a border with Poland of the supporters of Mikheil Saakashvili. PR-Director of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Artem Shevchenko has reported about it.

The Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov called this incident a ‘humiliating picture’, ‘an attack on the basic institutions of the state for the sake of momentary political interests’.

‘A provocation has been already done. There was no blood and that’s great… But the price of it is so high… a humiliating picture of a border breakthrough from the side of Ukraine by the extras of ‘activists’… the murlet from the back grabbed the young soldier’s neck, which stands on the edge of the BORDER OF UKRAINE – it’s darkness … and it’s not about the personalities or the essence of the conflict … it’s a suicidal destruction of institutionality. It’s a collision of the foundations, on which we build our country –  regardless of certain political groups in power. It’s only a question of time when great Russian chauvinist or European nationalist will use it. An attack on the basic institutions of the state for the sake of momentary political interests is a criminal and irresponsible’, he emphasized.

‘I was looking on these shots of the running extras, intoxicated with impunity – giggling and crushing border guards and recalled the frontier post Izvarino 2014… It hurts and sorry for such an analogy, but my deja vu was too obvious… the only difference – flags weren’t Russian’, the minister added.

He also reminded that ‘every personage from those who were taking part in this border breakthrough and attack on border guards and cops will be detected and punished from the side of a law’.

We would remind that on July 26 the President of Ukraine Peter Poroshenko has deprived Saakashvili the citizenship of Ukraine by his decree. Ex-President of Georgia, who was in the USA that moment, managed to visit a few European countries.

He entered Ukraine yesterday, on September 10 with the border breakthrough and a number of opposition politicians, including Yulia Tymoshenko and some deputies from the Poroshenko bloc, disillusioned with mr. President.

Ex-governor of Odessa region Mikheil Saakashvili, who was deprived Ukrainian citizenship, can enter Ukraine only after visa registration. Deputy Prosecutor General Yevgeny Enin reports about it in his Facebook.

‘The pass of Saakashvili (now stateless persons, if the information on the availability of passports of third countries is not confirmed) to Ukraine could be only possible after visa registration. Any performances with activists around or any illegal crossing of the board give pure 100% base to bring him to administrative responsibility. And those who contribute to such illegal crossing of the border – to criminal liability’, tells the message.

‘The failure to grant Saakashvili’s right to enter for personal attendance during the court session can not be considered as a basis for challenging the right to a fair trial, since the right to enter a foreign state is not a right guaranteed by the Convention and the plaintiff can protect his interests through a lawyer’, the Deputy of Prosecutor General resumed.

Earlier the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine has confirmed of getting a request to extradite ex-governor of Odessa region Mikheil Saakashvili in Georgia, because he speaks as an accused in 4 four criminal proceedings there.

Saakashvili and accompanying him opposition to Poroshenko politicians tried to cross the border with Ukraine in the afternoon of September 10. There was a plan that he would cross the border through ‘Krakovets’ checkpoint. There were a lot of his supporters and also there were ostensibly hired minions and there was a scuffle between them and cops. More than 100 people were detained as a result of a mess. And it was decided in created under Saakashvili ‘Ruh novyh syl’ (A Movement of new forces) that Mikheil Nikolozovich will go to Ukraine by train from Peremyshl.

However, the train was delayed. ‘Ukrzaliznytsya’ representatives reported that it’s because of a man, who has no reason to enter Ukraine.

As a result train passengers together with Saakashvili were replaced into the buses and directed to checkpoint ‘Shegini’. Bus passed through the Poland border, but it turned that Ukrainian checkpoint was closed, because of mining. Saakashvili and people with whom he was traveling, found themselves in the transit zone between Poland and Ukraine. And breakthrough is happened…

‘Mirotvorets’ (Peacemaker) website representatives reminded that breakthrough of the checkpoint ‘Izvarino’ in 2014 on the East of Ukraine had been done by such a way. Civils were indignant that their ‘Russian brothers’ hadn’t been passed to Ukraine and broken the border.

‘The same was in the other checkpoints with Russia in Luhansk and Donetsk regions. As a result – bloody massacre in Donbass. More than 10000 killed citizens, dozens of thousands of wounded, hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged’, ‘Mirotvorets’ representatives noted.

They reported that put Saakashvili in their base. It contains supporters of so-called ‘Russian world’ and separatists of all suits.
