IDP-journalist, politologist Nykyta Sinitsyn, forcedly left Horlovka, reports that information about arrest of ‘MFA minister’, appeared in media on September 10 is a fake. He wrote about it in his Facebook.
According to journalist’s words, information about arrest was refuted, but by ‘DPR’ chieftain Zakharchenko, not a ‘minister’ himself.
The sources of Sinitsyn report that really Aleksei Diky wasn’t detained. Politologist considers that it won’t happen soon, anyway on ‘DPR’ area. He explains reasons.
‘DPR minister of the internal affairs’ belongs to the so-called ‘Enakievo business-group’, which is among a number of other group and groupings of the influence in the self-proclaimed ‘republic’ is distinguished by 2 characteristic features:
- Its representatives are almostly criminal personalities of Yanukovich times or so-called ‘closely connected’ with Enakievo, Horlovka and a number of other cities near;
- This group demonstratively shuns politics and has no political interests, focusing exclusively on business. If business interests suppose connection to the issue of some political connections, the group prefers to contact with representatives of ‘authorities’ there, where they have business-interests. In any case it’s a way how this happen in Horlovka’, Sinitsyn writes.
Journalist notes, that group, which includes Diky, enjoys some disposition of Zakharchenko and pays him loyalty, and also thinks of ‘shares’ in profits from business.
At the same time these people are in the ‘condition of a permanent, then hidden, then splashing into the public plane conflict with ex-commander of ‘Vostok’ battalion Aleksander Khodakovsky.
‘Aleksei Diky, due to his entry into the ‘republican’ get-together, and therefore to some extent, his current position, is obliged precisely to the representatives of the ‘Enakievo business group’, which, until 2014, was involved in the protection of drug trafficking and illegal gambling. Actually, he is still in charge of these spheres’, Sinitsyn adds.
He also refers on the information of the ‘ex-commandant’ of Horlovka Ihor Bezler that for the profit of a ‘minister’ the quitrent is being collected from the ‘cities police departments’ of ‘DPR’.
‘For example, every from 3 district depts. in Horlovka must bring weekly 150 of thousand rubles (~$2285) and the lion’s share of 450 thousands (~$6855) collected in such a way goes to MIA DPR’, the journalists cites Bezler’s information.
‘But perhaps most of all Aleksei Diky is remembered by the representatives of the private security business in self-proclaimed DPR with his demand to pay him from May 2015 70% the firm’s income. Yes, yes, this is about income, not profit. In this way business couldn’t have existed purely physically, and soon the private security business in DPR finished owns existence’.
We would remind that according to the information of ex-’consultant of DPR Government’ Roman Manekin the ‘minister of internal affairs’ of the ‘republic’ was put under house arrest in ‘DPR’.
