On the fact of the explosion in Uman, which caused the Israeli citizen got injured, a criminal proceedings was opened. The website of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Cherkassy region has reported about it.

‘At present, criminal proceedings have been opened on this fact under part 4 of Article 296 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides the imprisonment for a term of three to seven years’, tells the message.

Also, police staff added that ‘it’s now established that another man, a citizen of Israel, suffered from the explosion at the scene’, who ‘received minor injuries in the form of redness on the thigh’, and refused medical help.

We would remind that at night on September 21 in Uman (Cherkassy region) near the place of pilgrimage of Hasidim the explosion thundered. 13-year-old citizen of Israel got injured.
