27-year-old Horlovka resident, who was member of the gang in 2009 attacked gas station and killed its worker, was detained by policemen of Donetsk region. The PR-Department of the National Police in the region has reported about it.

‘A group of persons for mercenary motives committed murder on Horlovka territory in 2009. During robbery of a gas station the company of buddies had seized  a day proceeds from the cash register, while causing a fatal wound to the fuel worker, who tried to resist. Soon law enforcements detected almost all participants of a criminal and they were detained and got sentences. But one of the raiders managed to escape’, tells the message of PR-Dept.

At the end of September this year the staff of criminal investigation of Slavyansk police department received an information that Horlovka resident of 1990 year of born, wanted for murder, could try to enter controlled territory.

To detain him in time, Slavyansk cops went to so-called ‘grey zone’ where, according to the information’ the offender was. The operation was held successfully.

Subsequently, the detainee appeared before the court, which defined him a penalty – 12 years imprisonment.
