The President Peter Poroshenko will submit to Verkhovna Rada two draft laws on Donbass. The source from the administration of a president has reported about it to ‘Ukrainskaya Pravda’.
According to the words of the source, one law draft will be on reintegration of Donbass, the second on freezing the law on the peculiarities of local self-government in Donbass for a year. The edition writes that law on reintegration is ‘long overdue, because the war is not ATO for a long time’.

According to edition data, the first vice-speaker of VR Iryna Heraschenko refrained from commenting and didn’t give a direct answer.
‘I’ll give all comments on this matter after making’, she said.
We would remind that on October 18 the action of a law ‘On the special order of local self-government in certain regions of Donetsk and Luhansk regions’, which was accepted on three years on September 2014, ends.
We note, the deputy Administration of the President head Konstantin Eliseev has claimed on Tuesday, October 3, to MPs that the law draft about reintegration of Donbass will be introduced by the president to parliament on Wednesday, October 4.
