‘Locals note that in spite of the continuing of warfare for four years, the purity is supported on the streets and some part of dwellers, earlier left the city, are coming back home. Moreover, the number of inhabitants is significantly less than before a war, because one of the main problems, except shellings, is the absence of work’, tells the message.
