The head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasily Hrytsak applied to citizens of our country with an exhortation to ‘fight with the fifth column of Russian Federation’. Informator.media reacts on this appeal, asking the head of SBU to explain his words.

‘Real patriotism isn’t only talks about love to Ukraine. An adequate rebuff to the enemy requires resolute joint action, a combination of the power of law and the power of public opinion as a weapon against Russian aggression in the information space. We need for this, first, to develop and accept changes about criminal responsibility in the legislation of Ukraine. SBU is ready to join this work. Our aim is to provide an adequate legal assessment of all forms and methods of hybrid warfare in the Criminal Code of Ukraine’, tells the text of Vasily Hrytsak.

Guided by st.st. 1, 3, 5, 13 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Access to Public Information’, Informator.media asks:

• To provide list of Russian Federation representatives of fifth column in the information space of Ukraine, which SBU chairman in his appeal calls to boycott;
• To provide the information about ways and means of boycott of fifth column representatives of Russian Federation in the information space of Ukraine;
• To provide the information about taken by SBU measures according to providing of an adequate legal assessment of all forms and methods of hybrid warfare in the Criminal Code of Ukraine;
