The leader of ‘Spavedlivost’ (Justness) party, ex-head of the Security Service of Ukraine Valentin Nalivaichenko, has claimed that case against him was trumped-up. He claimed about it to journalists in Kyiv after visiting security service.

He was interrogated by SBU on September 21 and considers this fact political repressions.

Nalivaichenko was summoned for questioning as part of an investigation into the criminal proceedings under the article ‘Illegal transfer of persons across the Ukrainian border’. According to investigation data, with the help of SBU staff Victor Medvedchuk has made few flies to RF without passing the border and customs control.

Nalivaichenko noted that had never flown with Medvedchuk to Russia. He testified only about events of February 2014, when planes were transferred out to RF people, documents and values.

According to the words of politician he testified at the interrogation about real organizers of secret contacts with Russia among the representatives of the leadership of the security service. He noted that those employees of SBU, who are continuing to contact with Russia and who have high patrons, will necessarily be held accountable for their actions under the law.

He noted also that he has documents, which prove illegal connection of Poroshenko’s entourage and SBU leadership with FSB of Russia.

At the same time, Nalivaichenko emphasized that his visit to SBU was connected with an incident on the state border on September 10. We would remind that it was the Saakashvili breakthrough in Shegini checkpoint.

Social media users reacted ambiguously on ex-head of SBU words:

‘Why he kept silnce all that time?’;

‘Why they don’t say names, there is no resonance, so thieves and traitors fell safely’;

‘Where is proves? Or this is only bla-bla-bla? So, why he was keeping silence? Did ‘thievery’ power provide him an opportunity not to do this?’;

‘He didn’t keep silence, that’s why Pedro changed him on Hrytsak’;

‘Arestovych said that there were such negotiations, but only to stop a war. H…lo promised so a lot and failed… Poroh (Poroshenko-ed.) hates him…’.
